Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and embroidered items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We take pride in the quality of our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not to your satisfaction or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us at taylor@tayloraustindesigns.com with your order information and a description of the issue.

Refunds and other resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We will review each request individually and work to determine an appropriate resolution.
