1. Products & Custom Orders

Taylor Austin Designs offers embroidered, personalized, and other custom products. Because custom items are created specifically for each customer, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except as otherwise determined by Taylor Austin Designs on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details, including names, initials, spelling, colors, and other customization selections, are accurate before submitting an order.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Payment must be received before an order is processed. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. However, shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Taylor Austin Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and embroidered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If an item is not to your satisfaction or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact taylor@tayloraustindesigns.com. Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
